I want to build PCB with technical detail in Altium file of IWR1642BOOST. for example min track : 4 mil , min clearance: 4 mil , rogers layer & etc.

Can you introduce a manufactory in china that does the technical details above for IWR1642BOOST PCB?

Searching for "mmWave" under above link can list the manufacturers with this expertise.

Please make sure that vendor/manufacturer follows the guidelines mentioned in TI mmWave Radar sensor RF PCB Design, Manufacturing and Validation Guide to get desired RF performance on the board.

material RO4835 is out of stock，can we use RO4403 ?

Hi,

1. The impedance control is always needed for RF and High speed line. This affects performance of your design
2. You can use RF material capable of handing the frequency. Please note that your RF/antenna design must meet the requirements for the materials used
