Dear TI

In the datasheet, it says "System Noise Floor: 0.3 fF at 100 sps". What does it mean?

    Janine,

    It means at that particular sample rate, that the output will have noise on the order of 0.3fF. You should be able to observe this by streaming data from the EVM at that sample rate. All of the LDC/FDC devices will have a noise floor that varies according to the sample rate. Normally this isn't specified in the datasheet and should be observed experimentally.
