AWR1642BOOST: Help! Demo does not work

Part Number: AWR1642BOOST

We followed all the instructions on the User Guide. Flash the demo image to the device pull , and then send config to it. But DS3 LED is always OFF. Reboot does not wok either. Any ideas?

Hi Elven,
Could you provide these info-
1. SDK version and the application flashed?
2. config file used with the visualizer and post sending config file visualizer screen output?
3. Jumper setting on AWR1642BOOST, make sure that while running with Visualizer only one jumper on SOP0.
