LM20: Susceptible to RF Energy?

Hello,

I'm considering an application using the LM20 bolted to the heatsink of a RF power amplifier. There is a considerable amount of RF energy presented here (25-30W), and I'm concerned about that energy somehow coupling into the device and skewing the temperature measurement.

Would someone please provide guidance surrounding this topic?

Don,

We can't guarantee performance regarding this noise presented. We do however have a TMP20 that is a drop-in replacement for LM20, but with higher output current. With a better output stage this device would better cope with EMI.
