Can we replace the remote temperature sensor by MOSFET?

Do you have a suitable MOSFET?

    Hi Kuan,

    We recommend the use of NPN or PNP BJT of the 3904 and 3906 variants.
    2N3904 and 2N3906 are TO-92 package
    MMBT3904 and MMBT3906 are available in various SOT packages
    MMBT3904FA is a 0.6 x 0.8MM DFN
    NST3904 is a SOT-1123
    These last two are similar in size and are the smallest I've seen in the market.
