AWR1642: CW Mode Setting & Programming & Reading

Hi,

In connection with : e2e.ti.com/.../727730

I want to use the CW mode without the DCA1000 capture card, but by doing my own program.

To begin, I need a code structure to edit. In this link, it said "Enable Continuous Mode in the mmWave SDK 2.x demo. Demo code would have to be modified" but which code needs to be modified ? capture code (I don't have it) or mmwDemo code ?

And after that, how can I read the ADC data output ?

Is there a document that explain that precisely ?

Hi,

As mentioned in previous thread, the capture demo is not supported in SDK 2.0.

You would need to port the capture demo available in SDK 1.0 to the SDK 2.0.

Regarding reading the ADC data output, you will only be able to read one frame using Code Composer Studio.

Without the DCA1000 you will not be able to stream the data out.
