AWR1243: AWR1243P 3TX simultaneous use case reference design

Hello Experts,

My customer is studying 3TX simultaneous use case using AWR1243P. Per datasheet (www.ti.com/.../awr1243.pdf) page 15, Internal LDO output/inputs condition is mandatory for 3TX simultaneous use case. Can we please share reference design?

Per following E2E thread, it is not published yet.

However we think TI already has cascade system which enables 3TX simultaneous use case. Can we get that kind of schematics to reference 3TX simultaneous use case?

Hi Ken,

There is no separate reference design for the AWR1243P at this time.

The cascade system is not directly applicable, since there are other difference related to the cascade configuration.

I'm afraid for now the only reference is the datasheet.

Thank you for your reply. I understand that there is no reference design for 3Tx simultaneous use case and that the cascade system is not directly applicable.

Can the cascade schematics be referenced only for "Internal LDO output/inputs" pins?

Let me check and get back to you with a guidance for the internal LDO pins for the 3TX design.

The cascade schematics will not be useful for this.

Hi Ken,

Apologies for the delay.

The Rev B version of the AWR1243 BOOST Schematics already accounts for the simultaneous 3 TX use case and can be used as reference.

The Rev B schematics are available here:
