IWR1642BOOST: IWR1642BOOST lab-ssradar phase x-y data from dat file

Hi,I'm using IWR1642BOOST with the provided lab-ssradar demo which runs under the Matlab, now i try to phase the x-y coordinate information from the raw(.dat) file. My question is: is the fram structure as same as which described in index.html( the one in the mmwave sdk 2.0 folder)? If it's not, how can I phase the raw data to get the x-y information I want? Thanks.
