U2 IWR1443FQAGABL pins AR_VOUT_PA (A2,B2) connected to AR_1P3_RF2 (C2, D2) via R137 on IWR1443BOOST Schematic Sheet 2 and 5.

Is it optional or obligatory?

Gennadii,

It's for improvement in device RF PA performance. If the internal LDO is bypassed it helps in improved IR drop within chip through AR_1P3_RF2 (1V supply to PA) by directly connecting to PA supply.
