AWR1843BOOST: Plans for capture demo?

Hi,

I am using the AWR1843BOOST together with a DCA1000 and need to collect raw ADC data. For the xWR14xx and xWR16xx EVMs there is a 'Capture demo' available to facilitate getting started with collecting raw data, but I haven't been able to find something similar for AWR1843BOOST (I am aware of the possibility of capturing raw data using mmWave Studio, but would like to find another method if possible). 

If there is a similar "Capture demo" available for AWR1843BOOST, please tell me where I can find it.

If there is not, I would like to know if there are plans to make such a demo script and when it will be available.

    mmwave Studio 2.0.0.2 can be downloaded here: software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

    Included in the latest release of mmWave Studio is an updated "DataCaptureDemo_xWR.lua" script that is capable of configuring an AWR1843BOOST EVM and capturing data using the DCA1000EVM.

    Thank you for your reply. However, my question was referring to the demo material found under mmwave_sdk_<version>\packages\ti\demo. If I understand correctly, there is a demo that shows how to capture raw data for the xWR16xx without using mmWave Studio at all. I take it there is not plan to support raw data capture without mmWave Studio for xWR18xx?

    I believe that you are referring to a piece of demo software that was included in very early releases of the SDK. This is no longer included in current SDK releases and there are no plans to include it in future releases.

    The DCA1000EVM fulfills the requirement of capturing raw ADC data and transferring it to a PC.
