Hi,

I recently planned to go outside for an experiment, so I started using a laptop. But when I prepare to capture raw data and I found mmWave Stuido shows that the network cable is not connected. As shown in the next figure.

In fact, I used to have such configuration parameters on my desktop computer, and I was able to get raw data. My desktop computer system is W10, my laptop is W7. Please tell me why?

Hi Cesar,

I have already read the contents of the link you sent. In fact, I have read all the related posts, but it does not work. Maybe I didn't explain my problem too much. My problem is that the same device works fine when I use a desktop computer. When I use a laptop, I am prompted that the network cable is not connected. This is my problem, why do different computers have different results?
