Design Information available on the Gerber states that Surface finish for the board as ENIG(Immersion gold) Can you please double confirm it is indeed ENIG? Because all other mmwave EVM's use Immersion silver as it has lesser losses. The TI PCB validation guide spracg5.pdf also states ENIG is unsuitable for mmwave due to its high losses.
