Hi, now I am trying to run the vital sign lab on the IWR1443 Boost Board.
I have installed all softwares needed according to the SDK user guide. When I connect my board, I can see the two port in the device manager.
However, when I try the unflash step, after I add the binary files and choose the right UART port number,
it alerts "Imaging loading failed:Not able to connect to the serial port, Recheck COM Port selected and/or permissions"

and i tried the mmwave_visualizer in the browser, it can detect the COM port but it keeps showing waiting for data
i make sure that i connect the SOP0 and SOP2 jumper when in flash mode.
Can you help me with this problem? it has puzzled me about one week!!!!
