My customer wants to know about the patch antenna's material on EVM and the material that makes up the antenna area.
I checked layout files and found that immersion silver plating is used as a surface treatment.
Is the patch antenna also treated with immersion silver plating?
I have one more question.What is the substrate surface treatment of red circle part in the image below?
As shown in the image below, the surface treatment looks different at the top and bottom around the patch antenna.
