 Hi , there are some problems about the TDC10000 which bother  me for several days.

Application Scenarios: Measure 40mm Distance

 

The setup for TDC1000 as below:

Sensor : 1Mhz Transmit-receive ultrasonic sensor 

Driver signal: 3.3Vpp  1Mhz

VCOM : Internal

Mode:  Single Echo Receive Mode

Time-of-Flight  Control: Short TOF Measurement

NUM_TX  : 5 (5us)

MASK Period: 32us

ECHO_QUAL_THLD :  -35mV

Problems: No STOP signal assert


oscillation Waveform about several hundred mV,  and  the frequency is 3Mhz,

at this time ,the STOP could be asserted.

 

Secondly , I modified the value of the RC ,so the oscillation had been eliminated then measure the COMPIN, the waveform is shown as below:

As I think , this waveform meet the STOP generation conditions , but the STOP signal didn't appear yet !

could any body help me ?

    Please send me the actually application & schematic.

    Assuming the green signal as COMPIN (Rx) pin & the yellow the Vcom pin you should expect the STOP signal.

    Please try to increase the THLD from -35mV to a even higher value and also try to ensure that the expected number of STOP pulse is same as what we expect from this waveform.
