IWR1443BOOST: RAW ADC data capture

Hi,

Can anyone let me know if it is possible to capture raw ADC data just using IWR1443BOOST, i.e., WITHOUT using TSW1400EVM / DCA1000EVM?

Kaushik,

TSW1400EVM / DCA1000EVM, are the only devices capable capturing the fast data rate that the EVM puts out through the LVDS lines.

Do you mean it is not even possible to capture data for a few chrips by accessing the memory of IWR1443?

Kaushik,

You could technically, you would just need to send it over SPI or UART, at a low enough frame, that being said implementation is up to you.

Does MMWAVE SDK v1.2 (which contains the capture demo for IWR1443) support IWR1443 ES3.0? If not, where can I find the capture demo files for IWR1443 ES3.0 BOOST version?

Kaushik,

That demo has been deprecated, there is no version of that demo that supports ES3 devices.
But you may be able to port it, that would depend on you.

Can't the mem_capture inside the drivers/test/ be used to get raw ADC data? The mmWave SDK User Guide 2.1 says so. Am I right or did I miss something here?
