mmwave interference with 5G

I don't think they will choose 5G bands to overlap with automotive or industrial bands, otherwise there will be interference (modulation being different is not going to help). The fcc seems to have opened up the lower side of mmwave bands for auction but nothing close to the sensors yet: https://www.fcc.gov/5G

"In the process, the FCC asked additional questions regarding implementation of the rules governing those
bands and proposed additional bands for consideration: 24-25 GHz (24.25-24.45/24.75-25.25 GHz), 32
GHz (31.8-33.4 GHz), 42 GHz (42-42.5 GHz), 48 GHz (47.2-50.2 GHz), 51 GHz (50.4-52.6 GHz), 70 GHz
(71-76 GHz), and 80 GHz (81-86 GHz). It also sought comment on how the FCC can provide access to
additional spectrum above 95 GHz. There were also several Petitions for Reconsideration urging the FCC
to revisit some of the proposed rules. "

So they seem to exclude 76-81 and 60-64 GHz.
