Hello,

I'm working on describing the docs for Japan Radio Law (TELEC) certification.

The law allows Transmit Power : 10mW. (feeding power, without Antenna Gain).

But in accordance to the datasheet of AWR1xxx, it sounds near 20mW (TX Power: 12.5 dBm)...

Does the device distribute such big power?

I would like to know how much is the general.

I prefer to know about Silicon. Output-power of the RFIC, Tx port.

Hello Masa,

Yes, the maximum output power at the PA will be ~12dBm. The output power is configurable and can be lowered via tx backoff.
