IWR1443BOOST: Unable to flash the eval board to load the vital signs demo image

Hello,

I have a IWR1443BOOST Eval board. The ID code on the device is 964FC indicating an ES3.0. I have loaded Industrial Toolbox v3.3.0 / SDK v2.1.0.4 / UniFlash 4.6.0.

Windows Device Manager shows User UART (COM7) and Auxiliary Data Port (COM8).

Following the instructions in the QuickStart Guide:

In Uniflash, in New Configuration, IWR1443BOOST is selected and 'Start' button is pressed.

In Program tab, xwr12xx_xwr14xx_radarss.bin is selected as Image1 and xwr14xx_vitalSign_lab_mss.bin as Image2. The images are from Prebuilt_binaries folder in the vital-signs lab.

In the Settings tab, COM7 is entered.

The NRST push button on the board is pressed.

Back on the Program tab, the 'Load Images' button is pressed.

The UniFlash console shows the flash update failed, with '...xwr12xx_xwr_radarss.bin indicates it is not a valid file to flash to IWR1443: 0xb55a03d1L'

Please assist is how to update the flash image.
