hi dear supporting team,
in TMP235 D/S, there is a requirement of total cap load lower than 1000pF, currently customer is using a RC with 1kOhm and 10nF , will it be a problem? tks!

HI Vera,
The drive capability of the TMP235 is limited to 1000 pF because of the current limitations of the output driver of the device. Forcing the device to drive higher current loads could result in self-heating due to current and could alter the accuracy of the temperature sensor.
For driving a load greater than 1000pF, you can use the recommended resistor values from the table below. These resistors are recommended with specified load values in order to maintain the stability of the output.
If you are using a 10nF cap I recommend a 3kOhm series resistor.

Hi Jalen,
thank you very much! so if the cap is inside 1000pF, could customer use any resistor value according to their filter BW requirement? tks a lot!
Hi Jalen,
Thanks for your reply!
Is it possible to update the d/s with the table you shown? Or could you pls help attach the original file which it is from? Customer will need update their system with the information. Tks!
