Hello,

I was using the board for ~6 months, now all of a sudden when powering on it does not work. Only the red LED(5V- LED) is going on, not the yellow NRST LED anymore. It consumes full ampere and also the Voltage goes down from 5V to 2.2-2.3 V. Can anybody tell me what happened and what I should do now?

    We have contacted our hardware team to understand what the problem is.

    It is possible that the board was damaged by a power surge

    Hello Ibrahim,

    I think since you have used the board for 6 months with no issues and now are seeing this issue, that something must have happened to cause the board failure. 1A current during idle power on is certainly not normal and indicates that there is likely permanent damage to the device. I suspect you will need to purchase another EVM or contact customer support.
