In the datasheet of TDC7200, I don't really understand those two parameters。Does it mean that I have to use an oscillator whose Trxclk and Tfxclk must be less 1 ns（eg：500ps）? Or if I use other devices to generate START and STOP signals，I have to make sure Trst and Tfst of START and STOP are less than 1ns ，otherwise the resolution of TDC7200 will become worse？Right？Thanks for replying
