We have a question about LM2664.

Can we use LM2664 under the following conditions?

VIn=5V

Vout= -5V

Iout=20mA

VIn=5V

Vout= -5V

Iout=40mA

    Hi Takahiro-san,

    Thank you for considering the LM2664. Yes, these are within the operating range of the part. Just note that Vout may have slight voltage loss. Please refer to Figure 5 of the datasheet.
