OPT3007: 23bit effective dynamic range with auto gain range

Hi Jung-Ho,

The device can measure from 83k full scale to 0.01 lux. If you compute log2(full scale/smallest reading) this is 23 bits of range total. The device has automatic gain setting which auto selects the ranging and this spec includes using the different range settings on the device.
