Hello there,

I am using the presentation shown here "https://e2e.ti.com/cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/1023/ADC-Data-Capture-SDK1.05-V1.00.pdf " to capture raw data, however I have run into some problems in regards to this. I am trying to type up the configurations in teraterm as shown (made slight changes in channelCfg) in slide 9 of the presentation but gives an error when I try to configure the "setHSI". I have attached an image of the configurations below.

I am not sure why this error is popping up. It would be great if you could kindly help me overcome this issue.

Did you also try "set HSI LVDS"?

Hello,

The capture demo was part of very old mmWave SDKs (up to 1.1.0.2) and has been removed from SDKs releases after that. SDK 1.1.0.2 is not compatible with the IWR1443 production devices (ES 3.0) which I assume you would have if you purchased the EVM in the last 6 months. So effectively, SDK 1.1.0.2 and the capture demo included in that is not compatible with the latest devices.

In order to capture raw ADC data, you will need to use the DCA1000 EVM and MMWAVE-STUDIO. Please look at the following training video which explains the data capture solution:
