Does the IWR1443 needs to have the digital and anolog ground separate or can be the same ground ?

You could short on a single solid ground plane.

so I don't need to separate the grounds?, and connect everything to the one ground that I would have ?

Hello,

Yes you don't need to have separate Analog and Digital ground planes, One ground plane is sufficient. It's recommended to have multiple ground vias connected across layers. Please refer to the reference design in the below link.
