    the topology looks to follow the datasheet recommendations - but you may want to double check the values of R702, R710 and R713 (to me it looks like you might have 1 or 10 Ohms there, not clear in the drawing) as well as the values for C224, C228 and C497 which can be from where you have them to 1 to 1.5nF (0.001uF or 0.0015uF) before you see error curve start to drop (Figure 6, page 8). (or . Additionally, adding pullup resistors on your I2C lines is a good thing to do as well.
