TIDEP-0091: Modification of code

Hello,

I am trying to make custom PCB for IWR1443 which includes MSP432 just like TIDEP-0091 design. I have downloaded schematics from TIDEP-0091 page. There seems to be a mismatch in the final implemented TIDEP-0091 and the available schematics which will lead to change in the code. Do I follow the schematics to make my custom PCB?

UCA0RXD and UCATXD are used in the code whereas UCA2RXD and UCA2TXD are used in the schematics. What are the specifics that  need to be changed if I follow the above schematics?
