I have my own pressure sensing solution that can detect 10mg-50g weight, and the average capacitance level is 0.5 pF. But with Ch3 I cannot detect the capacitance change. I also tried to use Ch0 that comes with the evaluation kit to sense those weight, it cannot sense those weight either. So is there a way to amplify the signal for me to detect them?

    If the capacitance level is only 0.5pF, then most likely the resonant frequency is too high for the FDC2114. You canfix that by choosing the parallel inductor appropriately and adding a parallel capacitor.

    If it is working correctly, then you should see a half rectified sine wave when you monitor the INx pins with an oscilloscope.
