IWR1443BOOST: The indicator light didn't work

Hello,

It seems that there are some problems on the circuit of our IWR1443 boost. When we connect the board to a power supply, the indicator light is still off and the board didn't work. Maybe it was damaged by some reason, does TI provide repairing solution? If so, does anyone know who I can connect with?

Hi Yanglong,

Have you tried using a separate power supply? Can you confirm your supply is 5V, >3 A?

Was your board working at one point but is now not working? If this is the case I would recommend replacing the board.

The board was working at one point but now not working. What we want to know is whether TI supply the repair service? If not, my supervisor wanted to know can TI have it replaced for free?
