OPT3101EVM: Latte GUI do not open

Part Number: OPT3101EVM

After installing OPT3101EVM GUI v0.83 (Rev. B), I tried to run it (Latte.exe) for the OPT 3101 EVM on the computer. However, after I double clicked the Latte (software) icon, a command window opened and closed immediately. No GUI window popped up after it.

I also tried running it from command, and the following message showed up, and No GUI window popped up.

    Hi Wae,

    I have not seen this error before. Did you change anything in the latte program folder or the documents/texas instruments folder after installing? Or did you launch latte right after install?

    Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling? Which version of windows are you running?
