Hello.

I bought a Time Of Flight OPT8241 KIT, but I noticed differences between the manual images and the product I received.

Tripod did not go along

The lens holder (M10 x P0,3) is different from the kit received and the technical drawing available on the website.

Welcome to TI E2E forum.
Can you let us know when you bought the OPT8241CDK-EVM kit?

We do not ship the tripod just the tripod mount alone. Do you have the tripod mount (FAB-0022) assembled in the kit?

Can you send us a picture of the lens holder from the kit you received?
The lens might look different but the performance has been tested with the kit.

Hello

The holder that secures a lens, is only glued and is different from the technical drawing holder.

This is a problem, as there is no need to undergo a pun for a smaller angle lens.

This is mentioned under the heading "Known issues"(section 7) of the CDK user guide. We will update the technical drawing.

I read the section 7. Although the lens mount support interfere on the centering the image, I would like to receive the support for my tests. Could you send it for me?

If you are referring to calibration, kindly take a look at the voxel viewer user guide. It contains all the information required for calibration of your module.
