LM73: Abnormal temp data was read.

Part Number: LM73

Hi Team

My customer faced abnormal temp data was read from LM73.

Would you advise below inquiry from the customer?

Q, How acceptable is the noise tolerance of the Vdd line?

A fault occurs with Vdd where ± 250mV spike noise is superimposed on 3.3V.

The recommended voltage is 2.7V or more and 5.5V or less according to the specifications.

Temperatures lower than around 68 ° C indicate normal values.

    At around 68 ° C, a failure occurs, and the readings at that time are 58 ° C and 103 ° C

(also when it is 85 ° C). It becomes stable again when the actual temperature exceeds around 70 ° C.

I saw below E2E advice, however our case occurs in recommendation Vdd range.

Any advise should be highly appreciated,

And I can send Vdd waveform if you provide email address because this is customer's data.

Thanks

Best regards,

Shidara
