Hi,
Are you able to connect to R4F core? First connect to R4F core and check if the MSS application ran without any error and it has un-halted the DSS.
You may not able to connect to any core until it powers up.

Please also make sure you have the latest mmWave Radar Device support package installed in Code Composer Studio and ensure that you are selecting the right device in your .ccxml configuration file.
