TMP116: Accuracy of temp sensor @ TMP116 and TMP117

the graphs you posted are showing the min, max and typical values of accuracy over temperature, then in section 6.5 of the TMP117 datasheet the first table is showing the typical, min and max accuracy values of the variants over temperature.
