Several questions about the mmwaveSensing-FMCW-offlineviewing_0.pdf document

1. What is the “the idle time between adjacent chirps” in the second point on page 47 of the document? showing in the figure 1.Where should I set it in the mmwave studio? What is the setting range? What is the minimum? What is the maximum? Is it set in the place marked in Figure 2?

2."sufficient memory to store the range-FFT data" shown in the figure 1.What is the memory path referred to it? do you know it's size? Can it be expanded? How to expand?

3.there are  some problems with "A Tf of 5ms => vres of 1.5 kmph" in the second piont in page 67 of the document? Vres =λ/(2*Tf), where λ=v/fRF, so vres =(v/fRF)/(2*Tf)=(3*10^8/(77*10^9))/(2 *5*10^-3)=1.402597402597403km/h,not equal to 1.5km/h.showing in the figure 3.
3. There are two nouns in the last page of the document on page 70. I would like to ask what these two abbreviations mean? They are zero w.r.t radar and a diferent rv wrt radar. As shown in Figure 4 below. What do these two words mean? Can you explain it? What is the mean of the abbreviation of w.r.t and rv wrt? Thank you.
(Also, I know that the meaning here is that for two stationary objects, when the radar is stationary, their speed is the same. But when the radar moves forward, the speed of the two objects is not equal to the radar. So that you can distinguish two objects in speed. I hope I understand correctly.)

4.What is his function of the packect delay shown in the figure 5?
