    I don't know of anything in TI's catalog that matches this. Most of TI's sensing offerings are for sensor interfaces, not the MEMs sensors themselves. We have had success using inductive/capacitive sensing for HMI button applications, but this requires an external PCB based sensor. The total size requirement would be larger than the DF220.
