Hi Janine,

There are two different packages - this is shown in the table. For each package there is also a "g4" and non "g4" part. Historically "g4" meant "green" or lead free and was meant to distinguish between green and non-green ICs. However, TI has since switched to all parts being green so now there is no difference between g4 and not g4 for parts currently coming off the production line.
