AWR1642: Uniflash unable to flash binary- stuck at 'Connected to COM port'

It used to work on my computer. But recently, it's always stuck at 'Connected to COM port', just like below. I have tried reinstall the uniflash, and its current version is 4.6.0.2176. The board and cable works on other computer. Can anyone help me solve this problem?
