IWR6843: There was no response when IWR6843 Boost board connected to PC

Hi Team,

When customer connected IWR6843 boost board to 5V 3 A power, and then connected it to PC with a USB cable, there was no response and the device did not pop up in Task Manager.

The lights on the board are shown as below. May I know what is wrong with the board and how to solve it?

Hi,

DS1 on the IWR6843ISK should come on if its mounted and powered properly. It doesn't seem to be powered which explains why the ports are not showing up.

Please probe the power lines on the ISK to see if its powered, Also try another ISK board if available.

customer said he bought a new boost board, but he still have the same problem. Is there a problem with the isk board?
