IWR6843ISK: How to run water vs ground demo on iwr6843

As we previously discussed the water vs. ground demo is only for IWR1443BOOST, perhaps you should consider ordering one in order to use this demo?

You should follow the Migration Notes in the mmWave-SDK Release Notes for porting information.

1. In water vs ground demo, weightedSum = rcs_value + outSumEnergyPhaseWfm + outConfMetric, which express the SNR difference between water and ground.
2. In water vs gound demo, the peak power of range FFT output is calculated as defined as RCS. How can I get this value in pplcount demo?
