LDC2114: Package in data sheet and on web packaging site do not show min and max

The LDC2114 in the dsbga package does not show max and min dimensions for the part, Only shows typical in the chart but nothing in the pdf. Ned this info for my customer

Jeff,

The dimensions of the "balls" have min and max (for both height and diameter). There is also a maximum height for the package as a whole. The spacing in the grid has typical values, but this is normal when compared to other package types.
