AWR1243: How long it will take to revise profile runtime?

Hi,

The ADC Sampling Rate can't be updated dynamically

Please see Note in Section 5.5 in

C:\ti\mmwave_dfp_01_02_00_01\docs\AWR1xxx_Radar_Interface_Control.pdf

NOTE: This API can be issued dynamically to change profile parameters.
Few parameters which cannot be changed are
1. PF NUM ADC SAMPLES
2. PF DIGITAL OUTPUT SAMPLING RATE
3. Programmable filter coefficients in xWR1642 or xWR1843

   If we have to delete one profile, then set up another profile? What is the API sequences and how long it will take?

Hi,
The Sensor would have to be stopped, re-programmed and then re-started.
The timing will depend on the speed of the SPI interface, since the device is programmed through the SPI.
