TDC1000-GASEVM: Connection problem with : TDC1000-GASEVM & TDC1000-tdc7200EVM

Hello,

My 2 boards TDC1000-GASEVM  & TDC1000-TDC7200EVM can't connect as COM Port.

The boards are seen as USB HID, I readed some post on related problem but none resolve it: 

1°) I can't update the firmware .INF ( because Windows said is up to date), even if uninstall USB Driver, the .INF driver can't install it.

2°) I connect the boards on the USB of Computer (not on the hub) and I tried to flash the boards by use of Debug mode with TDC1000_7200_EVM and MSP430 USB Firmware Upgrade Example,
I obtained the same results:

Starting
Password Sent Successfully
Sending RAM BSL v00.06.05.34
Done RAM BSL v00.06.05.34
Failed to read data from RAM BSL
Unsuccessful in starting the BSL. Restarting.

Done RAM BSL v00.06.05.34
Failed to read data from RAM BSL

Can you help to resolve the problem ?

Can I flash the boards by other way ?
