Dear Scott,

  With regards to the CCS settings, kindly let me know how do we set the value of CCS current? I mean how does one know which value should the CCS be set to for a particular application.

    Hello Anuj,

    This will depend mostly on the expected current draw of your LVDT sensor, and the load on your DAC output. It will also depend on the power budget in your system. If power consumption is not a concern then you can use the highest setting safely and have no problems. However if you would like to conserve power you will need to use the lowest setting which supplies enough power to drive your LVDT and the DAC output (on top of the normal current draw of the PGA970 for the ADC and other internals).
