I managed to get the PGA970 finally working. However, I am confused what is the biasing configuration required for a 3 wire (Half Bridge) setting. I have disabled the S1 and S2 VCM_EN bit. and set SEM bit to 1. But I am facing a drift issue with readings shifting with time and not stable/fixed even with temperature compensation enabled. Also what should be the BPF and LPF filter cutoff settings in case I need to use a TESA probe as LVDT to measure a travel distance range of 4mm with 0.1um resolution. Kindly take this as urgent and reply as soon as possible. Thanks Anuj
