LM63: Full rotation during high temperature

Dear Technical Support Team,

I monitor temperature and control FAN rotation manually.

However output of PWM pin Hi-Z(Duty 100% full rotation) when temperature is high.

Does LM63 has auto function of Full rotation by T_CRIT limit[0x19]?

Then PWM setting is manual(0x4A bit15)

    Can you please send oscilloscope shots of behavior you are seeing with PWM pin Duty Cycle changing from <100% to 100% when T-CRIT limit is hit along with the ALERT/TACH pin ?

    Also can you please clarify "Then PWM setting is manual(0x4A bit15) ". This device is only 8-bit registers.

    Also are you using a tachometer with our device?

    ⇒I'm sorry it's typo. It is right here(0x4A bit5).

    Does LM63 have following function?
    Now my customer is trying the LM63 and capture PWM waveform,however they'd like to now below.
    Could you reply Yes or No below?

    When your answer is "No" , I ask the pwm waveform them again.
