Hi，

In the IWR1642-BOOST PCB Stackup,

The "base Thickness 0.689 "，means use 0.5 oz base copper on the top layer, is it right ?

But, "Processed Thicknessed 2.067 " means What ?

Hello,

Yes, your understanding is correct. During sequential lamination process there would be Cu plating process would be applied for the via connectivity. This would add additional cu over and above what a base cu is present originally on the laminates, Hence you would see higher Cu thickness once PCB is processed.

Hello,

will different Cu thicknesses resault in different RF performance ？

For example,

as we see that The IWR1642 Boost PCB , The TOP layer Processed Thickness is 2.067 mil，

But my PCB TOP layer copper , Processed thickness is 1.5mil, Do my Rodar can get high RF performance ? (If my PCB antenna TX and RX had been match to 50 ohm )

Hello,

In this case, It should not be a problem, 1.5mil instead of 2.0mil should be ok. There would not be any significant performance variation.
One of the concern with the thicker Cu is the aspect ratio of the traces, Around the antenna region we have very thin trace such as 4mils, If the cu thickness increases and comparable to the trace with then it would be vulnerable to peeling off.

In this case you should be ok.
