IWR1443: High values on the temperature measurement named tmpDig0Sens

We have seen that a temperature measurement, named tmpDig0Sens in the Radar Interface Control document, sometimes becomes very high. What does this temperature measurement represent? And what levels are critical in the IWR1443? [Upper Limit, Lower Limit]

Hello,

These are internal temperature sensor reading located near to the digital blocks.
Max higher junction temperature recommended would be 105 Deg C and lower junction temperate is -40 Deg C.
