Is there any demo or document for tx beamforming in awr1243 or awr1843 ?

Hi,

You can achieve the beam forming by enabling all the 3 TX simultaneously when transmitting the chirps.

The MRR Code in the TIREX provides the code for MRR subframes that uses the beam forming.
